Come to church to get charged!

We were open Sunday, August 28, 2011 following the heavy rains and wind of Hurricane Irene. 74 people, and most of the church staff, came to worship and give thanks. Those who did not have electric at home, charged their cell phones and lap tops while they were here!

We learned from Irene that we will update this page, even if there is nothing to say, except that we are open. We will also post an update on the church's Facebook page for those who can receive Facebook notices on their cell phone. WJZ-TV is the only local station that accepts closing updates on Sundays, so we will continue to use WJZ, channel 13, for any Sunday closings, which we hope we won't have to do!

When Baltimore County Public Schools are CLOSED FOR THE DAY due to poor weather conditions,
church sponsored meetings, classes, and rehearsals take place only if your chairperson or facilitator is willing.
Meetings and events scheduled for the day sponsored by outside organizations are CANCELLED.

If Baltimore County Public Schools open TWO hours late in the morning due to poor weather conditions, meetings and events scheduled before 10:00 AM are CANCELLED.

If Baltimore County Public Schools CLOSE TWO hours early in the afternoon due to poor weather conditions, meetings and events scheduled in the evening are CANCELLED.

Questions about Sunday morning services? Under most circumstances, the church is open Sunday mornings. If it's really questionable, watch this post for any updates. Sunday morning closings will also be posted on WJZ-TV (local channel 13).
